Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 87club platform at 87club.bio in any manner — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus — you ("the Player") confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the Player and 87club ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 87club platform and, if applicable, close your account.

87club reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, the Platform will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the registered email address or via on-platform notification. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register an account and use the 87club platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 87club enforces a strict minimum age policy. Proof of age may be requested at any point, including prior to processing any withdrawal request.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other individual, company, or organisation.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling activities are prohibited under applicable law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in their jurisdiction of residence before using the 87club platform.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion, either through 87club's own responsible gaming tools or through any third-party gambling self-exclusion programme, at the time of registration or use.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of 87club, or an immediate family member of any such person, without the prior written consent of 87club management.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

87club maintains a strict one account per player policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. The Platform employs identity verification, device fingerprinting, and payment method cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be closed and balances may be forfeited.

Account Security and Player Responsibilities

Upon completing registration, the Player is assigned a unique 87club account secured by a password chosen by the Player. The Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials, including their login identifier (mobile number or email address) and password.

The Player agrees to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for their 87club account and not use the same password on other online services.
• Never share their 87club login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Notify 87club support immediately via live chat if they suspect that their account has been accessed without authorisation.
• Log out of their 87club account upon completing each session, particularly when accessing the Platform from a shared or public device.
• Not allow any other person, including family members, to use their 87club account or place wagers on their behalf.

Any activity conducted using a Player's account credentials will be attributed to that Player and treated as authorised activity. 87club will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their login credentials.

87club will never request a Player's full password via email, SMS, or live chat. If you receive any communication requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to support immediately.

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

87club processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), and Meezan Bank.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the selected payment method and the Player's account verification status.
• Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Player's 87club account within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits via HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank are subject to the processing timelines of the respective banking institution.
• 87club does not charge a fee on deposits. Any transaction fees applied by the Player's bank or mobile wallet provider are the sole responsibility of the Player.
• Players must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and refund processing delays.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. 87club reserves the right to require additional verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is processed. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID such as a CNIC, NICOP, or passport.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by the 87club payments team during standard processing hours. Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfer withdrawals.
• 87club reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or where the account's identity verification is incomplete.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

87club offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players from time to time. The availability, structure, and terms of individual promotions are subject to change without prior notice. The specific terms applicable to each bonus — including the wagering requirement, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry period — will be communicated to the Player at the time the bonus is offered.

The following general conditions apply to all 87club bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms:

• Each bonus offer is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Welcome bonuses and first-deposit bonuses are available to new Players only and may not be claimed in conjunction with any other welcome promotion.
• 87club reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of Players who have already accepted and begun wagering on the relevant bonus.
• Where 87club determines that a Player has abused a bonus — including through the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, the use of multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other Players — the Platform may void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and suspend the Player's account.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms. Unused bonus funds will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

Players who do not wish to receive bonus funds may contact 87club support to opt out of promotional offers before making a deposit. Once a bonus has been credited to a Player's account and wagering has commenced, the bonus cannot be removed without forfeiting any associated bonus balance.

Gameplay, Betting Rules, and Fair Play

All casino games available on the 87club platform — including live dealer games, slot titles, and table games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live-streamed real-dealer infrastructure, depending on the game type. Game outcomes are determined independently of the Platform and are subject to the rules published within each individual game interface.

In respect of sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the Player. Odds are subject to change before confirmation.
• 87club reserves the right to void any bet where it can be demonstrated that the odds displayed were the result of a technical error, data feed failure, or manifest pricing error.
• Live in-play betting markets are offered subject to data feed availability and may be suspended or removed at any time without notice.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., Pakistan Cricket Board for PSL and domestic cricket fixtures) will be used to settle bets.
• 87club operates a strict anti-cheating policy. The use of bots, automated betting software, exploits, glitches, or any form of collusion is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

Responsible Gaming

87club is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly within each Player's account settings.

Players are encouraged to make use of these tools proactively. The following responsible gaming policies apply to all 87club accounts:

• Minimum Age: 87club enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any Player found to be under the age of 21 will have their account closed immediately and any net deposits will be refunded to the verified payment source.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude from the 87club platform may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. Self-exclusion requests take effect as quickly as technically feasible and remain in place for the minimum period requested by the Player. Self-exclusion periods may not be reduced once set.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Requests to reduce a limit take effect immediately. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a cooling-off period as required by responsible gaming standards.
• Reality Checks: The Platform provides optional session time notifications to help Players track the duration of their gaming sessions. Players are encouraged to enable these reminders.

Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 87club platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, payment method, device, or IP address.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or attempting to circumvent the Platform's AML monitoring procedures.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment instruments to make deposits.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploiting pricing errors with the intention of making risk-free or guaranteed profits from promotional offers.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technical means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Colluding with other Players in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or otherwise interfere with the technical infrastructure of the 87club platform.
• Engaging in any conduct that 87club reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward Platform staff or other Players.

Account Closure and Termination

Either party may terminate the Player's 87club account in accordance with the following provisions:

Closure by the Player: A Player may close their 87club account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Before processing closure, 87club will confirm the Player's identity and outstanding balance position. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified withdrawal method following standard AML verification procedures.

Closure by 87club: 87club reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold associated balances pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's payment provider.
• Where 87club is required to do so by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.
• Where the Player's continued use of the Platform poses a risk of harm to themselves under responsible gaming principles.

In cases of termination for cause, 87club reserves the right to retain all funds associated with the account pending the outcome of any investigation. Where a Player is found to have breached these Terms, any winnings generated through prohibited activity will be voided and forfeited.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 87club and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the Player's use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server interruptions, or connectivity issues beyond 87club's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's account due to the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Losses arising from a Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, game statistics, or promotional terms.

The 87club platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Platform makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Platform or the accuracy of any data or information displayed thereon.

In jurisdictions where limitations of liability are restricted by law, 87club's total aggregate liability to a Player in respect of any claim shall be limited to the total net deposits made by the Player in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 87club's international operating licence. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or the Player's use of the Platform shall first be referred to 87club's customer support team for informal resolution.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 calendar days of written notification by the Player, the dispute may be escalated through the dispute resolution mechanism available under the Platform's applicable licence. The Platform will provide details of the relevant escalation authority upon request.

Players in Pakistan are advised that online gambling regulation in Pakistan is an evolving area of law. It is each Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the 87club platform is consistent with any applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction of residence.

Privacy and Data Protection

87club collects, processes, and stores Player personal data in accordance with the 87club Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By accepting these Terms, the Player also consents to the processing of their personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The Platform collects personal data for the purposes of account registration, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and marketing communications (where the Player has consented to receive such communications). Personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without the Player's explicit consent.

Players have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances request the deletion of their personal data held by 87club, subject to the Platform's legal obligations to retain certain data under applicable AML and licensing requirements. Data access and deletion requests should be submitted to the support team.

Amendments to These Terms

87club reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available at 87club.bio/terms-conditions. The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of the document.

Where amendments are material — such as changes to withdrawal procedures, bonus terms, or account closure policies — 87club will endeavour to provide at least seven days' advance notice via on-platform notification or to the Player's registered email address, where technically feasible.

Continued use of the 87club platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms in full. Players who do not agree with the amended Terms must cease using the Platform and may close their account in accordance with Section 9 of these Terms.
